Save Climate – Save Mother Earth
Vadlamudi Foundation

In today’s world, Global Warming and Climate Change are humongous challenges faced by mankind. The recent pandemic caused by Covid-19 is the wake up call to the global community to take stock of the situation. The world wide lockdown due to the pandemic made it clear how nature nurtures itself and bounces back when there is no human intervention i.e. reduced plastic waste, coke, oil, and gas and heat emissions.

» We Work In The Fields Of :

1. Animals returned to their historical birth place from forests to justly claim their right to live in cities because all cities were once forests. Global community’s continuous deforestation paved way to cities and imposing structures started to encroach upon the animal’s natural habitat. These cities with time transformed into bigger metros making the forests to disappear exponentially.
2. Environment pollutants contaminated air, soil, water with chemicals, plastic waste, industrial and transport emissions to name a few. While plastic thrown into landfills contaminates the soil and groundwater with harmful chemicals and microorganisms, the effects of marine pollution caused by plastic are unfathomable. For instance plastic in oceans blocks the sunlight reaching Planktons (microorganism that floats on water) and endangers their survival. This imbalances the marine ecology by breaking down the food chain.
3. At least 14 million tonnes of plastic is dumped into the oceans, what’s considered the most pristine place. To this people add 1 million tonnes annually. By the year 2040, plastic will reach 71 million tonnes according to Australia National Science Agency. This excludes plastic floored in lakes, rivers and other water bodies.
4. Apart from plastic, environmental pollutants like coke, oil, gas, heat emissions add fuel to fire. One can only imagine what happens to the Ecological Balance of the planet Earth if this prolongs.
5. Contaminants such as chemicals and fertilizers catalyze climate changes and engender irregular seasons.
6. Deforestation has a gruesome impact on ecology and the slaughter of animals only adds to the deplorable state of the environment. Global Community should understand that WE exist because THEY exist and safeguard the ecological balance.
7. IPCC – Inter Parliamentary Climate Committee fixes targets every year to reduce the harmful emissions. Unfortunately, surveys indicate a rise in emissions annually.
8. Global community has to ponder on how to achieve the goals of UN Paris Climate agreement – to limit the increasing global temperature to below 2˚C, compared to Pre Industrial Revolution of 19th century, by the end of 21st century.
9. Vadlamudi Foundation proposes “Artificial forestation of ocean surface” an alternate way to fight emissions. It is scientifically, theoretically and practically proven that global warming and climate change can be reversed as per IPCC mentioned limits to achieve Paris Agreement.

11. Theoretically – the earth’s axis is tilted 23.5 degrees from the plane of its orbit around the sun. This tilt results in the creation of yearly seasons and the weather conditions. The rotation of the Earth around its own axis and spin around the Sun results in too hot too cold weather conditions and the cause for the movement of air and water currents. This in turn results in continuous climate changes.
12. Practical Beach Project – Vadlamudi Foundation has come up with this genuine concept to combat rising global warming and climate change crisis.
